As a Customer Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for resolving queries and complaints to the highest standards and providing exceptional customer service; using the principles of empathy, ownership and action to deliver customer interactions to the highest standard.
The role will include:
* investigating and resolving customer enquiries and complaints
* Handling a high volume of inbound call traffic
* Responding to enquiries and complaints through email
* Using IT systems to log and track information
What we need from you
- Proven experience in a customer facing role, either face-to-face or phone based
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Great communication skills on the phone and in writing
- A good level of IT ability and confident in learning new systems
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- A thorough approach with strong attention to detail.
The Details:
- Start dates as soon as possible
- £9.52 per hour
- Initial 12-week temp contract, with permanent opportunities after 3 months
- 37.5 hour work week, covering a 7 day rota Monday to Friday between 0800-2100 and weekends 0800 - 2300
- Working 100% from the office
