� Supporting customers with queries relating to Workplace Pension's.

� Inbound Customer Service only (Calls In)

� Working from a bespoke system - full training provided

� Administration duties

� Collaboration with other teams internally

Skills Required:

� Customer Service Experience

� Customer Centric Approach

� Good level of numerical skills

� High level of written and spoken English

� Industry experience is desirable
