This a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a growing a reputable business in the heart of the stunning Lake District.


My Client is looking for a passionate, dedicated Customer Service candidate to join a growing, friendly, and welcoming team in there Windermere office.


The successful candidate will be working closely with the Property Manager in person, and required to follow up on leads and progress them through to contract signed, using a variety of sales techniques, negotiation and answering any questions or pricing queries they may have.


You will also be responsible for greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manor dealing and acting on queries to a high standard.



Essential Skills:



* Good numeracy and data interpretation skills
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proven negotiator in difficult situations
* A high performer and a proven sales achiever
* Good standard of written work with accuracy and attention to detail
* IT literacy of the following: Windows, Word and Excel
* Confident and able to use initiative


* Excellent Customer Service skills



Salary:


£22,000 per annum


Working Hours:


The working hours for this position will be 37.5 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30.

Hybrid Working:


Hybrid working is available with this position with a mix of office and remote working available pending a discussion at interview
