Customer Care Agent

Location - Work from home

(successful applicant will need to collect there IT Equipment on day 1)

Start date - ASAP

Duration - 3 months.

Pay rate - £22000 pro-rata

Shifts - Mon - Sunday (rotating shift pattern , 1 weekend shift in 3)

Hours - Between 8am and 9pm

We are looking for confident, articulate, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. When we say customer service, this could be in a contact centre environment or working in a retail shop. We need people that want to help customers and deliver great service

You will be the first point of contact for our online, email and phone enquiries from our customers.

You will need to be confident in speaking to customers and responding to emails and webchats to help get the customer a resolution.

Your responsibilities.

You will help to deliver excellent customer service across a variety of areas which include both Public and home charging

Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts - calls, emails and live chats

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers and charge point hosts

  • Identify customer needs and resolve their queries

  • Understand our products and keep up to date with any changes

  • Act as an ambassador for our brand

  • Where necessary, forward and escalate enquiries to relevant individuals

Knowledge & Experience

  • You're passionate about customer service

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • You're confident being on the phone

  • Strong written English

  • Accurate and efficient keyboard skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

  • Strong people skills
