We are looking for a number of Experienced Customer Service Advisors for an inbound role commencing in late July. £8.72 per hour plus excellent benefits.


The role of a Customer Service Advisor is to take incoming calls from business and the public and deal with the calls in a prompt, professional and efficient manner.


This role will be working from home to start with but will transition to City Centre Offices in due course.


Hours of work are 37 per week, working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays required. Shift times are varied so interested candidates must be flexible to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am and 7pm.


Interested candidates should have a background in Telephone based Customer Service, good IT skills, own broadband and an appropriate work space.
