Customer Service Advisor

Workington, full time, temporary role to commence at the end of October for approx. 6-8 weeks potentially longer, pay £8.91 per hour.

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for giving excellent customer service & have strong communication skills. The role will be taking inbound calls & taking orders over the phone from customers & clients.

The role will be working five days out of seven days in a week, with weekend working.

Job Role

  • Answer calls politely, accurately and professionally.

  • Ensure calls are completed to the customer's satisfaction.

  • Take orders by telephone ensuring that all details are captured accurately and verified with the customer

  • Work as a team with colleagues to ensure that service levels and maximum. productivity are achieved.

Experience required

  • Must be IT literate

  • Customer service or call centre experience an advantage, however we are open to looking at candidates with various experience

Working Hours

We are open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm

Shifts are rotated in line with demand

This role is a full-time position which will be 37.5 hours a week
