Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Advisor

Based in West Bromwich

Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 4.30pm (30 min lunch break)


Temporary (potential for permanent contract for the right associate)

My client is looking for an experienced data entry/administrator to join the family. Due to increased work demands my client is looking to take on additional associates who will compliment their busy office team to work as one to get the job done!

Ideal requirements

  • Previous experience within data entry/administration or customer service

  • Good knowledge/experience using Microsoft Excel is essential

  • PC literate

  • Upbeat and positive team player


  • Manage high volumes of data entry

  • Be able to appropriately prioritise workload

  • Work within a fast-paced environment

  • Using the system to generate and update customer/client data

  • Chase information if required via phone or email
