Our client based in Aylesbury are looking to recruit experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their very busy team. This position will start off working from home, but when restrictions are lifted, will move into their modern offices. The office environment offers contemporary facilities and a wonderful environment in which to work and learn, with access to a premium learning platform.


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work as part of a very busy team delivering the department's vision in providing excellent customer service to their clients. A flexible approach to working in a contact centre is essential to ensure that the companies KPI's and deadlines are achieved. The ability to build lasting relationships is fundamental to enhance the customer experience.
