Our client based in Aylesbury and they are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors for a 6 month contract. This position will be a mixture of working from home and in their new offices. Their modern new building and contemporary facilities offer a wonderful environment in which to work and learn, with access to a premium learning platform.


The position of Customer Service Advisor will form part of a busy team, delivering the department's vision in providing excellent customer service to their clients. A flexible approach to working in a Contact Centre is essential to ensure that the companies KPI's and deadlines are achieved. The ability to build lasting relationships is fundamental in order to enhance the customer experience.
