Customer Service Advisors


Temporary - £8.72 per hour - Cheltenham based


Our online retail client, are seeking temporary customer service advisors to assist during their busy Christmas period.


They are operating on 3 shift patterns.



  • Days - 7am - 3pm

  • Evenings - 3pm - 11pm

  • Nights - 11pm - 7pm (Shift premium)


This is a full time role. Working 5 days a week which will include weekends, so flexiblity is key.


Key attributes and requirements:


Customer enquiries & returns



  • Answering customer enquiries and taking phone orders

  • Manage customer enquiries through our contact us page

  • Working with suppliers to provide customer enquiry resolutions


Order Processing



  • Processing customer orders

  • Creation of postal labels for despatch

  • Management of direct sales enquiries


Candidate Attributes:



  • Customer Service experience (1 year)

  • Flexible to work a range of shifts if possible

  • Reliable

  • Hard Working
