Location: Southampton

Duration: 3 months Full Time

Work Pattern: Southampton (office based) Full training given!

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5pm (no weekends)

Primary purpose of the role

Adecco are recruiting on behalf of a train operating company in the heart of Southampton. The main tasks of the role are dealing with customer calls and handling written correspondence in an empathetic and professional manner. Full training is provided and fully paid. There are roles within the Customer Service Centre in Southampton. We are looking for an excellent standard of written/spoken English and IT Skills.

Personal Characteristics required

You will need to have outstanding customer service skills and be able to demonstrate the competency of delivering good customer service over the telephone and in written form. At times you may need to handle negative reactions from customers whilst actively promoting the company by maintaining a diplomatic, tactful and friendly response always.

The successful candidates will be told on the day of the Assessment Day (Tuesday 29th March) with a view to start the following week.

This is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months, however once this assignment is complete this could lead to other opportunities with Adecco.
