Adecco Bracknell are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative at our expanding and dynamic client in Camberley!


The role?


Customer Service Agent


The salary?


Up to £18,000 p/a


This role will involve dealing with high volumes of calls within a fast paced and exciting enviroment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress within customer service industry.


Key responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service skills at all times

  • Able to deal with high volume of calls/emails

  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner

  • Processing customer issuses on the CRM system


The ideal candidate will have:



  • Good customer service skills

  • Experience in working within a busy office environment

  • Good telephone manner

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

  • Strong organisational skills


Hours:


Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
