Adecco is working with a fast-paced, exciting team. We are recruiting for a Customer Service candidate to provide outstanding service to their valued, happy customers.


We are seeking an ambitious Customer Service Agent. The role is offering a salary of £20K plus benefit. You will need to drive to get to their impressive offices, which are based just outside Newbury.


My client loves to have fun, do great things, support each other as a team and keep their customers happy. They are on the lookout for a dynamic and outgoing individual who would love to be part of their family.


Responsibilities



  • Managing all inbound calls from customers.

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.

  • Manage our trade and consumer in boxes

  • Responding to social media inquiries and posts.

  • Speaking to larger customers to book stock in for deliveries and managing any delivery issues.

  • Oversee and ensure our warehouse team is aware of customer issues and order processing.

  • Placing and processing all large retail purchase orders.

  • Support the sales team with new line forms and product information requests.


Qualifications



  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
