Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service?

In this role you will be first point of contact to customers throughout the UK, this requires you to provide support and order goods on request.


  • Provide the best in customer experience.

  • Handle telephone calls, emails promptly and efficiently

  • Process orders

  • Remote problem solving, supporting customer with diagnosing and resolving issues.

  • Raise requests to technical help desk teams and/or book engineers to attend customer sites

  • Input data to CRM system.

  • Other reasonable tasks in support of the wider team

You will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good IT skills and a strong willingness to learn

  • Well organised
