Hi, Adecco UK are recruiting for Customer Service Agents to work for one of our prestigious clients at a site based in Ebbw Vale! This is a full time, hybrid role allowing you to work four days from home and only one day in the office per week.


Title: Customer Service Agent
Pay: £10.27ph
Location: Ebbw Vale
Duration: 6 months (potential to be extended)
Hours: 37 hours per week (hybrid)


Job Description


* Always be passionate about delivering a low effort customer experience and driven to resolve queries at first point of contact
* You will be accountable for the safety and accuracy of your customers data by following correct guidance and using internal company systems
* Be proactive in looking for ways in which you can improve your customers experience by suggesting solutions and improvements
