My Client based just outside of Kendal are looking for a professional Customer Service Assistant to join a fun exciting team in a great office environment.

Monday to Saturday - Saturday on a rota basis

Salary: £21,000 per annum

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To support the Branch Manager in delivering Branch goals and sales targets through generating leads for new business, promoting high standards of customer service, creating a real culture of high performance and involvement in the local community

  • To communicate in clear, effective simple language to ensure effective communication is maintained with customers and team.

  • To deepen customer relationships by providing products and services to customers that meet their current and future needs.

  • To maintain a focus on supporting the Society brand, to demonstrate the Society values and behaviours at all times and lead by example.

  • To maintain a thorough working knowledge of Society controls, regulatory requirements and codes of practice within the Branch.

  • To adhere to all branch operational procedures and ensure cash handling procedures are correctly followed at all times

  • To identify customer complaints and promptly forward the information to the relevant Complaint Handler
