POSITION DESCRIPTION: CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM


CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM Reporting to: Store Manager


Working Hours: 9 am - 7 pm on rotated basis


Location: Central Brighton



We are working in partnership with our client for a customer service representative for a Retail position.

Objective of this Position:


* Create a positive and fun store experience for our customers


* Be a considerate and integral team member


* Ensure the smooth running of the store by completing all required tasks on shift relating to cleaning, store filling and customer service



Key Responsibilities:


* High personal presentation standards


* Positive, professional and team attitude


* Being proactive, responsive and engaged in the busy store environment


* Interest in and extensive product knowledge


* Maintain store presentation standards in terms of stock refilling, cleaning, store signage


* Maintain high hygiene rating through completion of our cleaning procedures and safety checklists


* Point of Sale proficiency including processing a sale, gift voucher, return and refund


* Able to quickly and efficiently carry out all tasks on the opening, mid shift and closing checklists


* Process and monitor customer requests


* Receipt in inventory deliveries


* Liaise with the Store Manager/Deputy Manager regarding any customer issues or questions


* Answer the telephone in a friendly manner using the procedures set out in My Tribe (company intranet)


* Deliver required customer service experience with every customer that enters the store

* Complying with the procedures as set out in My Tribe


* Delivering customer experience with every customer that enters the store


* Presenting yourself in a professional, positive and friendly manner at all times


* Being a useful member of the team


Performance review:


The customer service specialist's performance is reviewed quarterly by the Store Manager
