Our client is looking for Call Centre agents to join their busy expanding team!

This is a temp-perm opportunity for the right candidate!




The ideal candidate will be willing and eager to learn, have good customer service skills and be able to work in a busy call centre environment.



You will be liaising with clients and dealing with customer queries and complaints on a daily basis.



Duties:




  • Accurate update and maintenance of files and data related to damage reports

  • Ad hoc entering of claims into company database, ensuring accuracy at all times

  • Contacting customers via phone and/or email in line with contractual requirements

  • Arranging and following up on the collection of damaged items and the delivery of repaired or replacement items through third party suppliers

  • Assessment of collected items to determine whether repair or replacement is the appropriate course of action

  • Dealing with customer complaints and resolving in a timely manner



Skills Required




  • Fluent or native written and spoken English - essential

  • Basic MS Office skills - essential

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, English - essential
