To ensure all customer service requests are taken and entered on the correct on our Remedy system in an accurate and timely manner. To be the first point of contact and prioritise calls in order of importance. To ensure a quality service is given to all customers internally and externally.

� Provide initial contact for the client

� Answering calls both internally and externally

� Assign the fault to the correct department and to take ownership and responsibility for fault management through to resolution

� Deal with calls on the Remedy system in an accurate and professional manner

� Liaise with all suppliers on a regular basis to obtain updates

� Update the Remedy system with any chases or updates

� Advise the customer on the current status of the call

� Manage all working tickets and for your customers and close once resolved in a timely manner

� Any problems to be reported to the Senior Lead Co-coordinator/Manager

� Ensure the processes are fully understood

� Understand the client' needs

� Send handovers to the OOH Desk

� Service Desk hours 7-19:00 37.5 hours per week

� Will require Security Clearance once on board
