Do you have previous phone based customer service experience? Are you available immediately? Do you have the ability to work in a fast paced environment?

If yes, then this maybe the role for you. Our client is looking for experienced Customer Service call handlers, to take a variety of inbound calls. Full training will be provided.

Successful candidate will be required to be flexible around shifts and working days - a rota will be provided to cover 5 working days per week over a 7 day period, so weekend working will be required. This is a full time position.

Working shifts will be 8-5pm, 9 -6pm and 12pm until 8pm

This is a short term assignment with the view of becoming permanent
