Adecco are recruiting for a fantastic company within Llanishen. It is a temporary role but will be made permanent for the right person.

Monday to Friday 8.30-5


  • Receiving incoming calls from customers regarding orders

  • Processing orders that customers require

  • To work with colleagues and other service areas to ensure the highest levels of first-time call resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • A good level of computer literacy is needed to keep excellent, clear notes and customer records up-to-date across our systems
