Customer Service Coordinator
Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
£25,000 per annum
Welwyn Garden City
Maternity Contract - up to 12 Months

Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with a very exciting client based in Welwyn, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.


Main Job Role:



  • To Process & Manage all orders accurately from start to finish

  • work with customers to ensure all orders are despatched on time

  • Ensure customer queries are logged - accurate data entry

  • Issue PO numbers

  • Answer all incoming customer calls/emails

  • Manage priority/failed deliveries through to Completion

  • 40/50 Orders a day


Person spec:



  • Customer service/ Co Ordinator office experience - essential

  • experience using of SAP - desirable

  • Able to forward think

  • Strong multitasking skills

  • Ability to Prioritise

  • Confidence & patience
