This is an ideal opportunity for somebody looking for the next step in their customer service career, using the skills you've gained within a call centre in a more specialised way - rather than speaking to customers, you will be checking the quality of calls & work to ensure compliance standards are being met.

  • Carry out quality checks in line with the agreed standard checklists and provide feedback and results

  • Monitor performance ensuring that employees are compliant and meet the required quality standards, providing support and guidance where weaknesses are identified

  • Highlight any employees who fail to meet minimum quality standards to the appropriate Line Managers.

  • Resolution of queries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Monitor non-subjective processes across all operational areas making suggestions for improvement where necessary

  • Working closely with the stakeholders to ensure quality standards are maintained and improved.

  • Accustomed to working under pressure, achieving targets set, prioritising workload to achieve tight deadlines and displaying a proven track record in delivering results

You will be working with Internal Stakeholders: Customer Services teams, New Business teams, Arrears Management Compliance teams, Finance, Information Technology & Quality Assurance.

  • The ideal candidate will possess first class written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with and present to both internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the business.

  • GSCE's for Mathematics and English A-C grade

  • Attention to Detail - Must be thorough and work to the highest standards.

  • Sound knowledge of Customer Service processes and procedures

  • Beneficial - Previous experience of quality monitoring - either from a dedicated quality role or as part of another role

The hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00
