Our client is looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their experienced Customer Service team in Nottingham!

You will be required to offer full support to customers and sales managers within an allotted region of the country. You will be responsible for supporting our customers with their daily enquiries, placing their orders and resolving any queries they may have to a very high standard.

Candidate Requirements:

- The ability to deliver first class customer service

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- To manage and prioritise your own work load

- To be able to work to pre-defined KPIs and targets

- Work to ISO 9001 standards

Experience Needed:

- Previous customer service experience (this may include customer facing roles like Retail and FOH Hospitality)

- Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft applications

The Ideal Candidate:

- Strong customer service ethics

- Enthusiastic and effective team member who can also work on their own initiative

- Able to prioritise work load and have a keen eye for detail

- Be organised and methodical

- Self-motivated and driven

- Responsive and re-active

- Conscientious, hardworking and will give 100% at all times


- £18,500 (this will be raised to £19,000 upon finishing probation period)
