Clinic Coordinator

Sutton Coldfield

£19,500 - £21,500

Adecco are working with a reputable company based in Sutton Coldfield. The Clinic Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day operations of the business. i.e. the planning, communicating, and monitoring of clinics and procedures, communicating and liaising with the Trusts and Health Boards. The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for organising patient appointments, updating patient records and will help deliver outstanding patient care and strong administrative support.


Liaises with patients to arrange appointments.

Schedules Consultants, Nurses and Clinical Staff for upcoming shifts.

Books clinics and theatre procedures with hospitals and treatment centres, ensuring appropriate staff are available

Ensures the smooth running of operations, including confirmation of arrangements, sending patient records to hospitals in advance of the appointment.

Administers the day-to-day operations, including issuing appointment letters, processing clinic and result letters. Sending investigations and other patient records to consultants, ensuring hospitals and GPs are kept informed of the patient pathway.

Tracks patient care on the inhouse system, co-ordinating follow up activities and appointments.

Always maintains the highest possible standards of professional behaviour and appearance.

Continuously strives for performance improvement and works with the Management team to introduce operational developments.

Takes part in the on-call mobile phone rota at weekends and evenings (occasional)
