Customer Service - Office Based, hybrid working

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional who will provide customers with a professional, efficient service in writing and over the telephone.

Our client offer an outstanding workplace & environment, with the option to work remotely for 3 days a week.

Duties will involve:

  • Providing exemplary customer service to customers

  • Dealing with general enquiries in regards to accounts, e.g. changing direct debit details, amending addresses, updating contact details etc

  • To be an effective communicator and ensure all enquiries are acknowledged in a timely manner

  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure effective communication is upheld with customers

  • Be required to interact and support good working relationships with other areas of the business
