Our client a well known and established organisation within English language, Music and Drama exams need assistance to cover staff requirements in Kings Cross or Croydon.


Role Details:



  • Job Title: Customer Service/ Steward

  • Location: Kings Cross or Croydon

  • Hours: 8:15-4:30pm

  • Availability Weekdays or Weekends


The client need to ensure they have enough staff to assist the site over the week so are seeking candidates who may be free on an ad-hoc basis Monday to Sunday. This could vary from a few days a week to full weeks on occasion (dependant on your availability and the clients needs each week).


Role duties:
The Exam Steward is responsible for welcoming exam and test candidates to the centre and to seat them in readiness to be registered.

The Steward is responsible for informing the Registrar or Registrar's Assistant of the arrival of candidates. The post holder will be responsible for the smooth transition of candidate to examiner from the registration room and for ensuring that pre- and post-exam candidates do not mix, by putting appropriate measures in place.

You will be on your feet all day (breaks will be given).
