Customer Service Executive

Are you an experienced Customer Service Executive looking for a new role? If so, then look no further! My global beauty client are looking for a new team member to join them on a 6 month contract within their Luxury Fragrance Customer Services team.

You will work as part of a small team within the eCommerce department, being responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks in managing customer orders and queries for the UK division.

As the Customer Service Executive, you will work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and be paid £11.28 per hour within a leading global business.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive:

  • You will be proactive and efficient in the ownership of customer accounts from an order perspective

  • You will be responsible for daily customer management, both via email and telephone

  • Collaborate with customers & commercial teams across the business to drive growth and client relationships

  • You will work on the SAP system to manage customer orders

  • Daily report creation and analytics, identifying anomalies and resolving issues

  • Ad hoc duties supporting other teams such as customer claims

What experience is required of the Customer Service Executive:

  • You will be a strong team player, who is able to problem solve and manage uncertainty at any time

  • You will approach your work with a positive attitude, and embrace change

  • You will have excellent customer service experience, and be confident in driving growth with your customers

  • You will enjoy working/analysing data, and feel confident in presenting your findings

  • Ideally you will have SAP system knowledge

  • You will be proficient in the use of the full Microsoft suite, including outlook, excel, word, powerpoint

What can the Customer Service Executive expect in return?

  • 6-month contract to start as soon as possible

  • Hybrid position, working 2 days at home and 3 in office

  • An hourly rate of £11.28, equivalent to a £22,000 per annum salary
