Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company based in Newbury seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive paying £18,000 - £22,000, dependant on experience.


Working Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.30pm


Educated to A-Level or equivalent and/or above with an eye for detail and logical thinking.


Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.


You should be able to deliver to deadlines, take ownership and feel confident talking directly to clients. A proactive, hands-on, flexible attitude is essential. Due to the nature of the business you will be required to be flexible with your working hours from time to time to cover peaks.


Duties include but not limited to:



  • Dealing with enquiries via post, phone and email

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers effectively

  • Organising paperwork and general administration

  • Managing Databases

  • Stock checks

  • Any other duties deemed suitable by your manager


The ideal candidate:



  • Proactive with motivation to get tasks completed

  • Positive attitude with a good eye for detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Enthusiastic and confident

  • Language skills in French and/or German would be highly beneficial but not essential
