Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm and is offering a salary of £20,000 - £21,000, dependant on experience.

Due to the nature of the business you will hold a full UK Driver Licence and will be required to be flexible with your working hours from time to time to cover peaks.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with enquiries via post, phone and email

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers effectively

  • Organising paperwork and general administration

  • Managing databases

  • Stock checks

Candidates will ideally have/be:

  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent

  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Proactive with motivation to get tasks completed

  • Positive attitude with a good eye for detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Enthusiastic and confident

  • Language skills in French and/or German would be highly beneficial but not essential
