This is a great opportunity to work part time hours for a well known household name based in High Wycombe.


Duties include taking phone calls from customers, and working with them to resolve issues with their products. Working in a small and friendly team, the successful person will need to have excellent customer service skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, a patient and personable manner, and also an inquisitive mind with the ability to solve customer problems. The role also involves handling complaints and difficult situations tactfully, with good attention to detail.



This is a part time position working approximately 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday 4 hours per day but with flexibility where necessary. The company sell household products directly to the public and to retailers.
