We currently have a position available for a Customer Service Executive within our pharmaceutical client based in Barking.

Suitable candidates will have to have good administration skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will also need to demonstrate good customer service and both written and verbal communication skills.

Pharmaceutical knowledge is essential for this role.

The role will involve

  • Data entry

  • Speaking with customers both on the phone and via email

  • Liaising with other internal departments

  • Updating spreadsheets

  • Adhoc administration duties

Our client is looking for someone who is available to start immediately and this role will go permanent for the right candidate.

This is an temporary role and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
