We are working with a well-established company to recruit representatives to join their dynamic Customer Services team!


The role is based in an open plan office environment with a fun-loving atmosphere in the Medway area with free parking on site.

The hours are 37 hours per week between the hours of 11:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday.

This is a varied and interesting role that will include you responding to customers via telephone and email.


Ensuring Customer queries are resolved first time and dealt with by providing excellent customer service.
