ADECCO are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive based in Swansea.

£20-22k starting salary

Full Time - Permanent

The Role:

  • Dealing with incoming queries over the phone and via email

  • Providing excellent Customer Service to a range of customers

  • Liaising with various departments to resolve issues

  • Using bespoke computer systems

  • Keeping up to date with industry developments

  • Training provided and ongoing support!

  • Long-term development opportunities

  • Full Time and permanent!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous Customer Service experience, preferably in Retail, Administration, or Contact Centre.

  • Role would also suit recent graduates looking for a new challenge!

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills

  • Good IT and administration skills

  • Reliable with a positive attitude and good work ethic

  • Eager to learn
