Customer Service

Location: Glasgow G2 8NH - office based full time 40 hours per week

Contract length: 12 weeks

Pay: £9 per hour plus holiday pay

Job Summary:

The role will be purely administrative. Answering calls effectively to deliver an excellent customer service to our Commercial Direct customers. Working productively as a team to achieve business goals and objectives. Accurately inputting customer information into our systems. The candidates will be expected to speak to our Commercial Direct customers and take relevant details from them in order that our experienced staff members can deal with the customer enquiry.

Required Skills:

We're looking for positive, passionate people to join our team on a temporary basis who understand the value of the customer and has extensive experience in a customer service environment. They should have strong communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships based on integrity and trust. We always put the customer first in everything we do, so we want someone who strives to go the extra mile for them.
