Temporary to Permanent


Hours - 9am to 5.30pm


Pay - £8.72ph



We are currently recruiting for two Customer Service Advisers for a local business in Gloucester. The company are going through a period of growth and as a result are looking for additional staff within their Customer Service team. This position is on a temporary basis but can lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.



The position.


You will be reading and responding to customer emails quickly and professionally, processing orders, providing advice and resolving problems or delays related to sales orders. Provide an overall customer service experience that customers will delight in receiving.



Requirements


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Good use of all Microsoft packages


Accuracy and attention to detail


Ability to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with challenging customers.



Full training Will be provided.
