Customer Service Call Handlers to deal with incoming calls and provide a first class up to date travel information to customers.

Following a 3 week training period in Hull City Centre Offices, this role will transfer to a mixture of home/office work, so interested candidates must have access to the internet, reside in a commutable location to Hull and have a work space at home free from distraction.

Working a 37.5 hour week over 5 days, The business is open for calls from 7am to 7pm over a 7 day week, so interested candidates need to be available fro both late and early shifts.

Main Duties

Taking enquiries over the phone and email and providing accurate and up to date travel information to customers from the database.

Booking tickets

Dealing with queries and problem solving.

Accurate data entry and call completion notes.

Providing a follow up service and updates to customers where appropriate.

Interested applicants must have excellent communication skills, show empathy, have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with the general public.
