Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Maidenhead

Duration: 6-12 months temp to perm

Shift: Monday - Friday

Our global healthcare client based in Maidenhead is looking for professionals to join their department as a Customer Service Coordinator.

You will be based in team of 16 on front line and responsible for making calls to patients and carers to ensure they have enough supplies and answer any queries.

Full training will be provided after which you will be required to be on-call twice a month.


� Taking outbound calls to patients and carers regarding supply stock

� Answering queries over the phone

� On-call twice a month


� Good communication skills

� Strong telephone manner

� Ability to handle challenging phone calls in professional way
