Our client are a corporate and well established company who due to continued expansion and growth are seeking a Customer Service Team Manager to join their busy team.



This role requires flexibility with working hours and days as due to the nature of the business it will involve 37.5 hours per week, but on a rota between the hours of 8am and 7pm and one to two weekends per month will also be required to work with two days off in the week.



You will be responsible for:




  • Support and manage the customer service team in their day to day duties including being an escalation point, task management and rota control.

  • Answer customer's complaints or queries via email or social media and provide resolutions that will make a customer happy.

  • Constantly search for opportunities to improve the customer experience.

  • Seize opportunities to drive higher levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Meet individual and departmental targets.

  • Conduct and maintain all required administration



Skills and experience required




  • Someone who has managed a small to medium size team of customer services operatives from customer facing communications and orders to handling store queries.

  • Someone who has had experience in CRM and CX related tasks including query escalations, order investigations would be advantageous

  • Someone with strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • A person who is motivated to deliver the highest levels of customer service and is passionate about our brand.

  • A person who is caring and understanding of our customer's needs.

  • Someone who is an ambassador for the company in regards to our customers.

  • A person who loves teamwork and can drive a positive change.

  • Someone willing to challenge the brand to have a better customer focus



In return you will receive a competitive salary of £22-24k
