Adecco are currently looking for an Italian speaking Customer Service Executive, to work for our client in Nelson.


  • Providing an excellent customer service experience in a multi-channel environment.

  • Translation tasks to support wider business.

  • Using social media platforms to enhance the customer experience.

  • Being the first point of contact from customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat etc.

  • Dealing with queries made on PayPal, EBay, Amazon and Trust pilot.

  • Daily liaising with the warehouse team and as well as courier companies.


  • All applicants MUST be fluent in Italian, as well as hold excellent written Italian skills.

  • You will enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment and able to work to KPI's.

  • You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to prioritise and multi task.

  • You must have the ability to identify issues and quickly resolve to minimise the impact to customers.

  • Previous use of Zendesk advantageous.

Additional Details

Job Type: Temp with a view to a permanent position

Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: Day shift rota 8-4, 10-6 and 12-8, which includes working some Saturday's bank holidays on a rota basis.

Salary: £10.00ph which will be increased if offered a permanent contract
