Job Description:

MUST SPEAK ASIAN LANGUAGE Ideally Punjabi or Hindi - Urdu (Essential)

Purpose of role is to support residents to live independently, signposting and providing support where necessary.
Ensure safety of residents and of block
This post will cover two sheltered blocks in Southall where majority of residents speak an Asian language and not English.
Safeguarding residents is key and carry out daily visits to check on residents well-being and completing PCRA and other compliance forms.
