Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities or Duties

* To provide general advice on ticket purchase for events and performances by, email, online enquiry form and occasionally telephone.

* To deal with queries and enquiries from students, staff, members of the public and hirers, and advise where appropriate.

* To maintain the computerised marketing/mailing database in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

* To liaise with the IT department and solve basic IT problems when necessary.

* To monitor ticket sales on the Tessitura ticket management system.

* To provide performance sales and financial reports for external hirers and departments within the business within reasonable request timeframes, and supply final sales and financial reports for external hirers and the Office at the completion of each performance.

* Any other duties as required which reasonably fall within the scope of the role, taking into account the grade, skills and qualifications of the postholder.
