Inbound Customer Service Advisors needed for our returning client based in Glasgow City Centre

Working within Grant Processing - you will demonstrate an empathetic approach to all inbound callers who will be looking to you for help and advice when it comes to their own financial situations as they battle long term illness.

This is a highly rewarding role, not just in terms of hourly wage, but more in the work undertaken.

Based on site (in office) this role may also offer some hybrid working options - but you must be comfortable working in office as required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Generate, process and review grant applications

  • Follow standard operating procedures for grants processing

  • Make appropriate decisions against grant criteria

  • Working with wider Money and work team to effectively support people living with long term illness

  • Support with Administrative duties connected to the role

  • Follow escalation process to minimise risk of fraud

  • Adhering to GDPR regulations

  • Use of Microsoft system and internal systems

  • Ability to communicate with professionals, Money and work teams and management teams.

Working 34.5 hours per week on a temporary basis running up to and including November - this role also offers the potential to transfer to a permanent contract if the business permits.
