Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with day to day customer enquiries.

  • Scheduling and planning service events including the scheduling of the Field Service Engineers.

  • Document customer inquiry information within appropriate systems.

  • Provide quotations to both customers and support internal colleagues with general administration.

  • Provide prompt assistance to customers through various media. Resolve customer issues through an understanding of the company processes, systems, and practices.

  • Escalate complex issues providing documentation through process.

  • Provides feedback to support improvement projects intended to improve customer experiences and organisational goals.

  • Provides suggestions on how the existing processes can be made more efficient.

Monday - Friday

8:00am - 4:30pm

1 hour lunch break

Overtime paid at Time and a Quarter. as and when required
