They are now on the lookout for a passionate, organised customer service rep to join the team and assist with the customer journey.


This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday during normal office hours. The salary is negotiable for the right person depending on experience.



Job Responsibilities



  • To Ensure that every aspect of processing and planning customer orders for delivery and installation are completed following standard operating procedures in an efficient manner

  • Coordinate site visits and installations of customer's orders

  • Ensure that all Complaints are dealt with in an efficient manner

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, sales administration and delivery coordination

  • Effectively manage and process customer quotations

  • Deliver daily/monthly team objectives whilst following company procedures

  • ensure all complaints are resolved within 48 hours and closed within 10 days

  • contact customers and other associated parties/departments to ensure that orders & complaints are being completed without fault


Person specification



  • 2 year experience working within sales administration/customer service rep role

  • Office experience

  • Excellent typing skills

  • Competent in word,outlook and excel

  • telephone trained and confident manor

  • Excellent written and spoken communication

  • Experienced in processing orders is key

  • Ability to evaluate information and make sound decisions

  • Confident, organised and resilient
