A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative that is looking to join a multi-assets broker within the financial industry. If you speak Spanish, it would be incredibly beneficial!

As a Customer Service Representative you will identify and resolve queries of prospective clients, recommend solutions and offer product support, via phone, email and website chat.

As a Customer Service Representative you will need to:

  • Follow-up and manage prospective leads in a timely and accurate way, via phone and email.

  • Monitor customer behaviour on various social media channels and reach out to provide assistance.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and courteously.

  • Stay informed of the current financial market directions.
