Are you looking for a customer service representative role in Sywell, immediate start?

Do you have returns experience, and a excellent telephone manner

Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

£9.50 an hour

Ongoing work

Duties include:
 Assist customers with any queries with regards to stock availability, lead time, orders and basic product information
 Manage incoming calls and direct customers to the relevant department
 Deal with order queries via the company process
 Deal with product returns and debits - pre & post
 Contacting customers in order to solve potential issues
 Take ownership of and resolve customer queries in accordance with company procedures
 Support the internal and external sales team with general sales administration
 Build, manage and maintain relationships with customer base. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
 Log warranty registration, help with queries in the event of any claims and to assist customer
 Provide responses on inbound calls to meet or exceed customer expectations
 Handle and resolve customer complaints, issues and queries via telephone and email. Provide appropriate solutions via the company's procedures.
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related KPI's as needed
