We are looking to recruit a full time, permanent, Customer Services Representative for an employer of choice on the outskirts of Workington.

Purpose of the Job:
To ensure the UK/International customers receive an excellent customer service experience at all times, and to contribute to the achievement of departmental and company targets through the proactive management of both UK/International customers enquires, complaints and orders.

Principal Accountabilities

Taking and processing of both UK/International orders.

To provide an efficient and cheerful service to all customers - internal/external.

To deal with all outgoing post in a timely & efficient manner, according to Company procedures.
To move between different departments as business needs require.
Provide administrative support to the site, greeting customers and visitors and reception duties.
