Our Lytham Financial Services Client is looking to recruit Temporary ongoing Customer Service Representative/Admin.

2 min walk from Lytham train station.

The CSR Superflex role requires flexibility and a need to adapt between customer contact in the CIC and fulfilling customer support work as required. Accuracy and attention to detail are required when processing social media, web chat and back-office work. The ability to handle a variety of incoming work streams and to identify where a case is out with their capability is a key part of the role. Typically, the job holder is very experienced and knowledgeable of the full NS&I range of products.

Hours TBC but full time and part time hours between 7am and midnight 5 days over 7. Shifts are computer generated so flexibility to days available.


You will be required to go through a security check to include a credit and criminial check, which we pay for.
