Customer Service & Sales Administrator
A really exciting opportunity for someone who has experience within customer service and is looking to move into an admin role!
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £19,000-19,425.00
Benefits: 20 days holiday per annum + bank holidays with 1 additional day after 5 years service. weekend hours and office closed over Christmas with an additional day's holiday over the festive period.
Adecco Bristol are thrilled to be working with an established independent company based in Avonmouth. Located just a short distance from Avonmouth train station, the business is in a prime location for commuters travelling via public transport or by car.
The company are looking for someone with excellent customer service and strong communication skills. Someone who has great organisational skills, attention to detail and willing with a positive attitude and a flexible approach.
Duties include:
* Working as part of a friendly team of 4
* Answering the telephone and speaking to customers
* Taking and processing orders
* Helping customers with enquiries
* General administration duties including using word and excel
